Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with Wealth Boutique Hotel that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

RATES AND DEPOSIT:

  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Rates quoted are in Thai Baht.
  • Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only.

Extra Bed:

Children aged 11 or over (Adult) charge is 900 THB per night for an extra bed. (Inc. Breakfast)

Hotel Policy:

All ages welcome. Sorry, no pets. Smoking in permitted areas only. Free Wifi in all areas. Free On-Site Parking.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

  • Check-in time is from 2:00pm and check-out time is by 12:00pm.
  • A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE:

  • Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
  • Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
  • Please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION:

  • A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
  • Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
  • The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit equal to the total cost is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. We have the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival. – Any changes to your booking should be made by contacting the hotel directly. (Email: wealthboutiquehotel@gmail.com or Tel. +66 (0) 53 903703) no less than 3 days before arrival date. Extra charges may be incurred, this will be at the discretion of the hotel.

  • High Season (November 1 – February 28): Notification of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days from the cancellation date and 5% of deposit is applied for bank transfer fee.
  • Low Season (March 1 – October 31): Notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days from cancellation date and 5% of deposit is applied for bank transfer fee. – In case of early check-out, this will be subject to an early check-out charge of one night. – Failure to cancel a reservation or no show will incur a penalty equivalent to full charge.

GROUP RESERVATIONS:

CHILD BREAKFAST CHARGE:

  • All rooms rates do not include child breakfast charge. Child breakfast charge is 200 THB. applicable for any child between 5-11 years old. Breakfast for children 4 years and under is free. Child breakfast is chargeable to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption.
